Liver and grain delicious sausage called Jaternica or in some areas, it is also known as Hurka . The primary meat that identifies?jaternica is liver, supplemented by pork from the shoulder or other areas of pork with a similar fat-to-meat ratio. As for the „grain“ component, which serves as a filler and binder, we are using white rice. This sausage is also gluten and dairy free. Please note that it is delivered frozen when ordered online.
